• To provide clients with relevant information and assistance with regards to breakdowns
  and household problems
• To transfer calls to external service providers in the event of a hub facility
• To handle other inbound and outbound calls as per protocol of specific client groups

• Matric
• Min. 2 year working experience in short term insurance environment
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans (African languages will be advantageous)
• Computer literate
• Good knowledge of the geography of South Africa
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to think on one’s feet; handle stress
• Ability to work independently
• Responsible; can-do attitude
• Own / reliable transport essential
• Must be willing to work shifts (including weekends and public holidays)
• FAIS & FICA accreditation will be advantageous

RECOVERIES AGENT (Motor Legal Recoveries)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES will be as follows:

• Managing and processing of motor vehicle recoveries and settlement of claims
• Contact with clients, brokers and insureds
• Telephonic follow-up

• Matric min.
• Knowledge of Motor Law and Insurance Law
• Studying towards a legal degree will be an advantage
• Recoveries/insurance/debt collection experience
• PC literacy - Windows 95 or better
• Good telephonic and written communication skills
• Problem-solving approach with strong customer service orientation
• Good negotiation skills
