Client groups receive a dedicated 0800/0860/0861 number to ensure services are easily accessible and affordable to their member base.  Sophisticated telephony infrastructure supports call identification, allowing client-specific branding and personalised response per line.  

The system also enables valuable client-specific management information reports. In addition, clients may access mobile Call Me facility which offers members simple, secure and convenient activation of all relevant services at the push of button, free of charge, via any mobile device.
