If contact is interrupted, appropriate parties are notified and the time and location of the last communication are reported for speedy reaction.

Claims Notification Line

A 24-hour service assisting insurance companies, brokers and underwriting managers with their claims process in respect of the vehicle section of the insurance policy. The platform is customised per client group and via our call centre. The service entails voice logging of all incoming motor claim calls, electronic logging of a claim form and sending the claim form to the corporate client as well as electronic authorisation to glass fitment centres and other service providers if required. The Claims Notification Line can also accommodate non-vehicle claims procedures.

The service includes a legal opinion, license check, police report, witness statement, tracer appointment, estimate, instituting a RAF claim, drafting a settlement agreement, evacuation costs (for medical aids) and facilitating payment.
