It’s going to be an ICE cold winter !

As the cold sets in, Europ Assistance SA prepares to migrate to an even icier winter. The ICE system will soon be implemented in all Europ Assistance SA call centres to manage all calls and claims. Due to its user friendly and easy navigation features, ICE will increase the call centres’ efficiency and leave almost no room for error. Some of the highly praised features include an automated member or policyholder validation process.

ICE is currently being tested by our team of experienced “super-users”.  This is a complex and extensive process, being managed by an allocated team that works tirelessly, 7 days a week. The testing is well within planned time lines and if all goes well, ICE will be put into operation by mid  ‘09.
