The Pulse of EASA
2009/06/08
Let me welcome all our readers to the first issue of The Pulse. We’ve identified this Newsletter as a key component for building and strengthening relations with all our stakeholders. For us to achieve this objective, we decided to give our Newsletter a complete makeover, by not just giving it a new name, but by tackling issues pertinent to our industry.
The current financial uncertainty has forced many decision makers to make tough decisions in the interest of their businesses. Europ Assistance SA also went through a period of restructuring at the beginning of the year. However our clients can be assured that our service levels have not been compromised and everything we have done to date has enhanced our potential growth in the assistance services business.
We are pleased to bring you informative news and developments about our company. It is important that we inform our clients of changes within the company and our business environment. We are keen to provide you with interesting information regarding our service delivery to your individual clients as well as their feedback on the experience they have had in dealing with us. For example, in this issue we bring you progress news on ICE, our new world class claims management system. We will also share with you on a regular basis, verbatim testimonials about our services as experienced by the end users and clients.
We are committed to building a healthier relationship with our clients and other stakeholders. We’d like to invite you to give your views regarding topics covered in The Pulse. Tell us how Europ Assistance SA has impacted your business and your clients.
