Department of Transport and EASA are working together as from the 11th of September 2007 to deliver a comprehensive Employee Assistance Programme to the employees of the Department of Transport. Europ Assistance South Africa has picked up where the DOT's previous service provider left off, to provide the department one of our most innovative products. The LifeBalance product unifies the EA product range and incorporates products from our strategic partner Access Health South Africa. This allows the Department’s employees access to a wide range of services from personal health advice, roadside assistance, emergency assistance to legal advice.
The service will be accessible to all DOT employees all they need do is dial the number 080 00 00 011. We hope that this will be that start of a strong relationship between EASA and the Department of Transport and look forward to great future together.
